Source Code AI Manager is a WordPress integration that lets an authorized user connect ChatGPT to a WordPress site through MCP and OAuth 2.1.
What it can do
- Read pages, posts, media, site information, revisions, and supported SEO data.
- Create and update WordPress content when the connected account has permission.
- Perform layout-aware text edits for supported builders such as Elementor.
- Update supported SEO metadata and import media from public URLs.
- Clear supported caches and inspect basic site security/update status.
- Work with supported WooCommerce product fields when that permission is enabled.
- Route higher-impact plugin or theme update actions through administrator approval.
Authorization and control
The integration uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Access is limited to the scopes approved by the site administrator and can be revoked from WordPress. The plugin also maintains an audit log of AI-initiated actions.
