Terms of Use — Source Code AI Manager

These Terms govern use of Source Code AI Manager, a WordPress integration provided by Source Code for connecting an authorized WordPress site to ChatGPT or another compatible MCP client.

Authorized use

You may use the integration only on websites and WordPress accounts you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for the permissions you enable and for reviewing requested actions before execution.

Actions and approvals

The integration can expose read and write tools. Selected higher-impact operations may require a separate administrator approval. Approval controls reduce risk but do not replace normal WordPress backups, staging, access control, or change-management practices.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain secure WordPress administrator credentials and hosting access.
  • Keep WordPress, themes, and plugins appropriately maintained.
  • Review generated or modified content before relying on it.
  • Maintain suitable backups before significant changes.
  • Comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the terms of connected services.

Prohibited use

You must not use the integration to access a site without authorization, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, unlawfully collect data, or perform actions that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

The integration is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as WordPress, MCP, ChatGPT, hosting environments, or third-party plugins evolve. Some capabilities require compatible WordPress plugins or server configuration.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the integration is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated suggestions and changes should be reviewed by a qualified human before high-impact publication, financial, legal, security, or business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Source Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the integration. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
